Probation Violation--Macomb County Michigan?

OK I'm getting alot of different Q. So let me re-explain.. I do have a record and I'm not justifying anything but its not to bad. Just misdemeanors. I was arrested in mount clemens for possession of darvocet without having a script and i was fined like $1,500.00 and put on reporting probation for a year and had to drug and alcohol test twice a month and do counseling... I was pulled over in warren for Drunk Driving and this one was under the new super drunk law. This is my 2nd D.U.I in 3 years. I do have a good lawyer for the drunk Driving and says I'll probably get no jail. I hope.
